Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution to grow Binance's social media and community presence. This position involves collaborating with leadership, managing global campaigns, and working cross-functionally with various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead social media strategies for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Design and execute large-scale community activation campaigns.
• Develop and manage content strategies for key global partnerships (e.g., CR7).
• Handle crisis management, including fast responses and sentiment monitoring in collaboration with communications and product teams.
• Work closely with customer support and community management teams to maintain positive engagement.
• Oversee Binance’s social media accounts and content creation, focusing on platforms like Twitter and TikTok.
• Collaborate with global teams, including design, content, marketing, and product.
• Measure campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Stay updated on crypto trends and sentiment to ensure relevant and timely content.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content, or brand marketing.
• Proven expertise in crisis management and working with executive leadership teams.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with agencies, partners, and talent.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and executing campaigns.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market, trends, and Binance's product suite.
• Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, with a focus on Twitter and TikTok.
• Excellent communication, writing, and copywriting skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Remote and start-up experience is a plus.
