Responsibilities:

• Support compliance and legal projects with document preparation, tracking deadlines, and maintaining records
• Prepare project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting notes
• Coordinate deployment of compliance vendor solutions including logistics and scheduling
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements
• Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics
• Draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications
• Maintain compliance systems like Relativity with data accuracy and basic queries
• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure timely communication and follow-ups
• Perform general administrative tasks like filing, scheduling, and data entry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, legal support, or project coordination
• Interest or background in legal/compliance fields preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy; able to use tools like Excel or Python for analysis
• Strong communication and cross-time-zone collaboration skills
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
• Responsible and able to handle urgent or ad-hoc tasks efficiently
