Job Summary

PepsiCo India is hiring an Assistant Manager to coordinate customer setup master data, manage store onboarding processes, and support sales operations using digital tools and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new store setups in SAP
• Handle monthly run change requests from the Field Sales team
• Maintain master data files for new store openings
• Ensure account requests are processed within 48 hours with complete credit applications and ABN verification
• Maintain and update dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Support automation workflows using Power Automate or Power Apps (optional)

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master’s degree in any field
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong communication (written and oral)
• Well-organized with excellent prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
• Experience with Power Automate or Power Apps is a plus
