Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior DOP to support our video production team in capturing high-quality digital content. This role offers hands-on experience across various shoot formats, working closely with senior cinematographers, directors, and editors in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist DOP and camera crew with setup and on-set operations
• Operate DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras under supervision
• Set up and manage lighting equipment for interviews and shoots
• Scout shoot locations and prepare production spaces
• Handle equipment logistics and maintenance pre/post-shoot
• Collaborate with production and post-production teams to achieve the desired visual output
• Stay updated on visual trends, cinematography techniques, and camera gear

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in video or film production
• Degree/diploma in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or related field
• Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and shot composition
• Familiarity with tools like gimbals, reflectors, tripods, and lighting rigs
• Strong interest in cinematography and visual storytelling
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to on-set demands
• Team player with strong communication and coordination skills
