As a Junior Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing Dexian India's online presence by developing and executing engaging social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Campaign Building:

• Develop and manage monthly social media calendars to plan posts and campaigns.
• Assist in executing platform-specific campaigns, focusing on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media strategies.

Content Development & Design:

• Create and schedule engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram and X.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling copy to drive engagement and interaction.
• Work closely with designers to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent posts.

Understanding the Brand Narrative:

• Understand Dexian India's brand story and services to craft a compelling social media narrative.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to add value to social media content using statistics and comparisons.

Creative Management:

• Manage brand pages/accounts with the right aesthetics, creatives, and designs (basic design knowledge is sufficient).
• Research and monitor competitor activities to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.

Platform Expertise & Trends:

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices for Instagram and X.
• Leverage platform-specific tools such as Instagram Reels, Stories, and X-Threads to enhance engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Use tools like Hootsuite, Zoho Social, Sprout Social, and Social Pilot to schedule posts and track analytics.
• Prepare reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth to evaluate campaign performance.

AI Technology & Tools:

• Explore AI-powered tools for content creation and ideation under senior team guidance.
• Learn and apply prompt engineering techniques to improve efficiency.
• Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.

Team Collaboration & Project Support:

• Work collaboratively with designers, writers, and marketing team members to achieve campaign objectives.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
• Provide support in monitoring social media performance and suggest improvements.

Experience and Skills Required:

✔ Passionate about content creation and digital marketing.

✔ Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and X.

✔ Strong copywriting and content creation skills (non-AI-generated content preferred).

✔ Good verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to team goals.
