About the Role:
Arla Foods is looking for an Associate Manager - Key Account to drive customer relationships, sales growth, and business development in the region. This role involves managing customer accounts, supporting Key Account Managers, and executing data-driven sales strategies. The position also includes people leadership responsibilities, ensuring high performance within the team while following company policies and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of customers to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies with support from senior colleagues.
- Provide data analysis and insights to assist in customer planning and decision-making.
- Support Senior Key Account Managers in customer management responsibilities.
- Introduce new products and services to clients while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and long-term retention of key clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for future initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead, onboard, and develop team members while ensuring they effectively handle their responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of professional experience before taking on leadership responsibilities.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive insights from data.
- Experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
- Ability to build positive relationships and drive customer engagement.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to enable and support team success.
- Global mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
