Position: Customer Care Officer - Apprenticeship

📍 Location: Paris or Lyon, France

🗓 Contract: 1-year work-study contract starting before April 2024

About the Role

As a Customer Success Officer (Apprentice), you'll be a key player in delivering an outstanding customer experience, acting as the bridge between users and Waltio's internal teams. Your mission is to ensure every customer query is addressed efficiently, feedback is relayed accurately, and you contribute to improving Waltio's crypto tax platform.

You'll join a tight-knit, crypto-savvy support team and work directly under the Head of Support. Communication is primarily handled through Intercom.

✨ Note: Strong crypto knowledge is a must, and having personal experience (investing, using DeFi, etc.) will make you stand out.

Key Responsibilities

• Categorize and redistribute all incoming customer requests
• Quickly understand customer needs and prioritize them
• Reply efficiently to common cases using macros & automation
• Proactively share user feedback to shape product & support
• Collaborate closely with the technical support and product teams
• Keep the FAQ up-to-date with new platforms and features
• Contribute to improving Walty, the customer support bot

Your Profile

• Excellent French communication (written and oral)
• Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, or tax/accounting
• DeFi and crypto taxation concepts are familiar to you
• Previous crypto experience (investor, user, enthusiast)
• Customer-first mindset, empathetic, detail-oriented
• Curious and eager to solve a variety of client cases
• Careful with grammar, spelling, and clear expression

Recruitment Process
