Your Role

You will act as the face of BitMEX to its customers, providing top-notch support in English and Korean across various platforms such as:

• CRM (Zendesk)
• Trollbox
• Discord
• Reddit
• Telegram

Your mission is to maintain excellent customer satisfaction, identify user needs, and help improve support processes while handling queries and occasional document checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via chat and social platforms with professionalism
• Monitor BitMEX communities and spot emerging issues
• Perform KYC/document checks when required
• Escalate complex inquiries
• Collaborate with global teams (Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Compliance)
• Contribute to improving FAQs and internal knowledge base
• Be proactive in improving customer service

What You Need

• Fluency in both Korean and English
• Hands-on trading experience (crypto or traditional assets)
• Experience resolving customer inquiries and providing basic technical support
• Ability to handle basic financial calculations
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts (preferred)
• Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and independently

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BitMEX API
• Strong mathematical skills
• Immediate availability
