Position: Internal Control Lead EMEA (F/M/D)

About the Role

As an Internal Control Lead, you will be at the heart of Flowdesk’s efforts to ensure operational, regulatory, and financial risks are effectively managed across EMEA. This position will collaborate closely with Compliance, Sales, Trading, and Operations teams, and will be instrumental in maintaining a robust internal control and risk management culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flowdesk's permanent control framework
• Map and implement controls across First and Second Lines of Defense
• Conduct internal control assessments using data analytics and sampling techniques
• Manage and document the incident reporting and resolution process
• Ensure regulatory compliance with AML/CFT, ACPR, MiCA, and FATF guidelines
• Prepare and deliver internal control reports for management and regulators
• Act as the main contact point for internal and external auditors
• Lead internal training to foster a compliance-focused environment

Required Background

• Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or similar
• 5+ years experience in internal control, compliance, or risk management (financial services preferred)
• Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, ACPR, MiCA, FATF, and risk frameworks
• Experience with risk assessment, data analytics, and internal control processes
• Fluent in English; French is a bonus
