Overview:

Lead complex commercial deal-making across Asia-Pacific, working with BCG's senior leadership to structure, negotiate, and manage large-scale client contracts—including value-based pricing (VBP) and contingent fee arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and negotiate complex client deals and contracts
• Guide commercial structures that balance client value with BCG economics
• Lead pricing analysis, risk mitigation, and commercial innovation
• Support legal, finance, and compliance aspects of major engagements
• Coach BCG leaders on commercial acumen and negotiation
• Drive regional commercial strategy and best practices

You Bring:

• 15+ years in commercial deal-making, consulting, investment banking, or structured finance
• Strong negotiation, contract, and pricing strategy experience
• Experience influencing C-level executives and partners
• Global or APAC experience preferred; English fluency required (Mandarin a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, JD, or PhD preferred
