Job Title: Associate Brand Protection Analyst – Italian Fluency
Location: London, England (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Position Summary:
As an Associate Brand Protection Analyst, you will work closely with the Enforcement team to detect and remove fraudulent, infringing, or malicious online content—such as counterfeit listings, unauthorized websites, or impersonating social media accounts. You’ll also act as a key contact for Italian-speaking clients, supporting them in maintaining the integrity of their digital brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Lead Analyst and primary contact for assigned clients
- Analyze e-commerce listings and websites for counterfeit, infringing, or malicious content
- Conduct online investigations to identify takedown paths through hosting providers or marketplaces
- Communicate with platforms (e.g., e-commerce sites, ISPs, social networks) via email or phone to initiate content removal
- Collaborate with clients to report enforcement outcomes and track program effectiveness
- Participate in regular client calls, sharing strategic insights, enforcement trends, and recommendations
- Coordinate internal processes and escalate complex issues when needed
- Provide input on strategic shifts such as target site focus or investigative efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written at a business level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with internet technology and how online platforms operate
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT tools
- Excellent time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of trademarks, branding, or IP enforcement
- Basic understanding of HTML or JavaScript
- Prior experience in technical or analytical roles (e.g., research, investigations, cyber risk)
- Experience delivering client training or presentations
- Exposure to legal tech, e-commerce fraud, or digital rights enforcement
