Job Description

Position: Associate Client Service Representative

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Salary: $35,000–$53,000 annually

Role Overview:

Provide excellent customer service within the Corporate Filing team by managing inquiries, processing legal documents, and supporting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Research, review, and process legal documents
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and electronic communication
  • Manage customer portfolios and workflows to meet deadlines
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document retrieval
  • Navigate multiple databases efficiently
  • Recommend and support process improvements
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through outstanding service


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B customer service or administrative roles
  • Detail-oriented with strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Salesforce a plus
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Energetic self-starter thriving in fast-paced, team environments
  • Eligible to work without sponsorship
