Position: Associate Client Service Representative
Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Salary: $35,000–$53,000 annually

Role Overview:
Provide excellent customer service within the Corporate Filing team by managing inquiries, processing legal documents, and supporting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Research, review, and process legal documents
- Handle client inquiries via phone and electronic communication
- Manage customer portfolios and workflows to meet deadlines
- Perform data entry, filing, and document retrieval
- Navigate multiple databases efficiently
- Recommend and support process improvements
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through outstanding service
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B customer service or administrative roles
- Detail-oriented with strong research and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Salesforce a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Energetic self-starter thriving in fast-paced, team environments
- Eligible to work without sponsorship
