Associate Technical Product Training Coordinator
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
This entry-level role supports the coordination and administration of technical product training events. Responsibilities include managing event logistics (scheduling, room setup, catering), handling training equipment, maintaining learning management systems, and ensuring compliance with certification processes. The Coordinator works closely with trainers and team members to ensure smooth training delivery and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with Event Management and Learning Management Systems.
