Role Overview:

As Lead MarTech IT Architect, you will lead marketing technology architecture projects, guiding clients in selecting, integrating, and optimizing MarTech tools (CRM, CDP, Marketing automation, etc.). You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and manage junior team members, while driving innovation and IT transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MarTech architecture and solution design for marketing tech platforms.
• Recommend best-fit marketing technologies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Design integrations with enterprise platforms (CMS, Analytics, Automation).
• Conduct feasibility studies, proofs of concept, and scale solutions.
• Support IT transformation, process optimization, and post-merger IT integration.
• Manage project work modules and provide quality assurance on deliverables.
• Present and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering growth and quality output.
• Drive innovation and assist in business development efforts (proposals, scoping).

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in IT, marketing, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in technology consulting/software engineering, with 3+ years in IT architecture.
• Proficiency with MarTech platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, Google Analytics, automation tools).
• Deep understanding of marketing platforms, cloud technologies, integration patterns, data architectures (Data Lake, Warehouse), AI/GenAI, and automation (DevOps, AIOps).
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Agile mindset and ability to handle ambiguous, complex challenges.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
