Role Overview:

Lead enterprise-level planning platform implementations, focusing on Kinaxis, supporting supply chain planning and transformation programs. Manage solution design, deployment, and client relationships across global projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy Kinaxis-based planning platforms (IBP/S&OP, demand/supply planning, inventory, order fulfillment)
• Conduct platform feasibility studies and recommend solutions (e.g., Kinaxis vs. o9)
• Lead data discovery, transformation, integration, and architecture for APS
• Manage full lifecycle implementations and Agile/Waterfall delivery
• Develop client-facing strategic materials and lead workshops
• Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies, and organizational change management
• Manage teams and provide quality assurance on deliverables
• Support business development through proposals and project scoping

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, business management, or related field
• 5+ years leading Kinaxis APS implementations
• Strong supply chain domain knowledge
• Experience with global, cross-functional project management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
