Role: Manager – Tech Advisory and Delivery

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (also available in major U.S. cities like NYC, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, etc.)

Salary: ~$190,000 base + bonus + full benefits

Employment Type: Full-time

Travel: Up to 80%, depending on project/client needs

You’ll be working across industries helping clients modernize their technology landscape, operate with agility, and implement innovative tech-enabled strategies.

🧠 What You’ll Do

As a Manager, you’ll lead larger and more complex modules within BCG client engagements, acting as both a team leader and individual contributor, helping clients tackle pressing tech-related strategic and operational questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver tech advisory modules in digital transformation projects
• Design and assess IT strategies, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise architectures
• Evaluate and implement packaged software solutions (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
• Guide digital operating models and agile software delivery
• Coach and manage junior consultants
• Conduct workshops, working sessions, and C-level stakeholder presentations
• Drive digital innovation using AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies
• Contribute to BCG Platinion's thought leadership and business development

💡 What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5–8 years in IT consulting, technology delivery, or systems architecture
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale IT transformations
• Familiarity with platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures
• Strategic thinking and ability to connect tech to business outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Skills:

• 2+ years experience at a top-tier consulting firm
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, IT cost optimization, or platform selection
• GenAI use case ideation and solution development
