Role Overview:

• Lead design and architecture of complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create innovative, business-aligned technology solutions.
• Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for ServiceNow strategy, architecture, and implementation.
• Drive organizational change and optimize IT processes using ServiceNow and related technologies.
• Lead programs through implementation strategy and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-level ServiceNow architecture and integration strategies (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM modules).
• Translate business processes into efficient ServiceNow workflows.
• Lead technical design and development efforts, including low-code/no-code and GenAI-assisted workflows.
• Oversee complex ServiceNow landscapes and optimize digital product development.
• Develop work packages/modules and review technical architecture and code quality.
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal BCG teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience including development and configuration.
• 8+ years experience in IT architecture roles.
• Deep technical expertise with ServiceNow tooling: ServiceNow Studio, CLI, APIs, IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native applications, API/microservices, data analytics architecture, programming paradigms, and automation tools (DevOps, AIOps).
• Agile mindset and experience supporting agile engineering processes.
• Ability to explain complex technology concepts to executives and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.

• High-level ServiceNow solution and integration architecture.
• ServiceNow product expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Modern ServiceNow Application Lifecycle Management tools.

• Programming and development paradigms (object-oriented programming, low-code/no-code).
