Role Overview:

As an AI Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions. You will work across industries and directly with clients to turn complex business challenges into tech-enabled outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust, scalable software with modern software engineering best practices
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Guide non-technical teams in robust software practices
• Optimize algorithm efficiency and system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product strategy and delivery
• Engage in thought leadership through scientific papers and conferences

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, AI)
• Proficient in Python
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large-scale data and AI applications
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
