Bilingual Sr. Customer Success Engineer (French/English)
📍 Remote (U.S. – Detroit, MI preferred) | 💼 Dynatrace
🌐 Hybrid/Remote | 💰 $100K–$125K/year + benefits
🗣️ Fluency in French & English required
Role Summary:
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Dynatrace’s enterprise clients, delivering expert guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving customer adoption and satisfaction across French and English-speaking accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex configuration and integration issues
- Advocate for customer needs and influence Dynatrace product roadmap
- Provide training and strategic guidance to ensure successful adoption
- Collaborate with TAMs, Product, R&D, and Support teams
- Participate in business reviews and customer success planning
What You Need:
- 4+ years in technical roles (customer success, support, or similar)
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent work experience
- Dynatrace Professional Certification (or willing to earn within 6 months)
- 2+ associate-level certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with:
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes
- Web/server tech: Apache, IIS, JavaScript, Java, PHP
- DevOps tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, etc.
- CMDB/ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
