About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Smart Contract Developer to join our team. The main goal of this role is to explore cutting-edge innovations in blockchain technology and adapt them into real-world business solutions. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting distributed products and services, as well as contributing to new strategies and use cases for business implementations. The ideal candidate will have experience in building smart contracts, developing solutions across various blockchain systems, and a strong understanding of best practices in blockchain security and regulatory compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions to meet business needs. Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and minimal viable products (MVPs) for various business use cases.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand product visions and business requirements. Translate these needs into technical solutions.
• End-to-End Solutions: Own feature implementations, create end-to-end solutions, and integrate libraries and codebases into projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: Implement best practices for blockchain development, ensuring all solutions are compliant with industry regulations and security standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with technology teams to integrate blockchain solutions into existing and new products. Interface with communities and contributors for feedback on products.
• Technology Leadership: Lead technical discussions, propose innovative ideas, and ensure the overall architecture aligns with business goals. Provide guidance on technical training and help develop team members.
• Testing and Improvement: Lead the testing of blockchain systems and improve processes and products across the board.

Screening Criteria:

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in blockchain development.
• Must have your own laptop.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Smart Contracts: Extensive experience in developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity.
• Blockchain Platforms: Proficiency with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, Ripple, Indy.
• Programming Languages: Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and other backend technologies.
• DevOps and Cloud Tools: Skills in DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Security and Architecture: Strong understanding of blockchain security, distributed file systems, and technical architecture design.
• Regulatory Minded Development: Experience working in a regulatory-compliant development environment, ensuring blockchain solutions follow legal frameworks.
• Open Source Contributions: Experience in contributing to open-source blockchain projects is a plus.
