About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer / Data Scientist to support our Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Finance teams. You’ll play a critical role in building data infrastructure, automating analytics, and delivering real-time insights that drive financial and strategic decision-making.

This role is highly autonomous and ideal for someone excited about solving complex problems with scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines to integrate data from diverse sources such as CRMs, ERPs, marketing platforms, and financial systems.
• Ensure data integrity by implementing automated validation and cleansing processes to maintain high-quality datasets.
• Develop and maintain data models aligned with business KPIs for revenue forecasting and financial planning.
• Automate reporting processes for Finance and RevOps teams, enabling real-time insights and reducing manual overhead.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards for executive and operational visibility.
• Document data pipelines and methodologies to ensure transparency and knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with RevOps and Finance teams to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Python
• SQL
• Modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• dbt or equivalent data transformation tools
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable ETL processes and robust data models.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with APIs from Salesforce, Gong, Stripe, NetSuite
• Experience in a startup or fast-scaling tech environment
