🔹 About the Role

Lead the team behind the smart contract systems powering Uniswap V4, UniswapX, and future protocol innovations. You'll manage and scale a team of Solidity engineers responsible for billions in TVL across Ethereum and multiple chains.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class smart contract engineering team
• Set and drive architecture and roadmap for Uniswap Protocols
• Own smart contract security: audits, fuzzing, threat modeling, bug bounty management
• Plan and execute multi-chain protocol development
• Collaborate across Product, Legal, Security, and Community teams

🔹 Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, including:
• 3+ years building production-level Solidity/EVM contracts
• 2+ years leading or managing engineers
• Proven success deploying secure, high-value DeFi protocols
• Deep understanding of EVM, AMMs, oracles, and DeFi mechanics
• Hands-on with smart contract security practices (audits, fuzzing, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience

✨ Bonus Qualifications

• Contributions to DeFi open source or Ethereum standards
• Familiarity with L2s, ZK proofs, ERC-4337, or cross-chain tools
• Experience with security and testing tools like Foundry, Slither, Certora, etc.
