About The Role:

F6S is looking for an Email Operations Manager to join their team and help shape the way they communicate with their global community. Your primary mission will be to drive the relevance, frequency, and impact of content-driven emails and notifications for F6S members, reaching a broad audience. You will be responsible for overseeing an email and notification product line that delivers large volumes of content daily, and you will have the opportunity to scale this process as part of a fast-growing and dynamic company.

This role offers the chance to make a significant impact while working remotely. You will be supported by a talented team but also be given the autonomy to build and innovate in your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and improve content-driven emails and notifications, reaching 5 million users.
• Ensure timely and relevant content delivery to a global audience.
• Create new email and notification products to enhance user engagement.
• Utilize AI tools and data strategies to personalize content and improve relevance.
• Drive experimentation and continuously improve the content strategy using data-driven insights.
• Provide fresh ideas and strategies to monetize content emails and notifications (as needed).

Desired Profile:

• Proven hands-on experience growing and scaling content-driven email and notification products.
• Expertise in content strategy and the operational details of email marketing and notifications.
• Track record of creating successful products with high engagement and large recipient bases.
• Experience with data-driven product development and improving content strategies through data analytics.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Tenacity and a proactive mindset.
• (Nice to have) Experience in monetizing content through emails and notifications.
