About the Role

We are seeking talented Back-End Engineers to join our growing team and help expand the capabilities of our voice AI platform. You’ll work on a wide range of projects depending on team needs and your interests — from improving our core infrastructure to shipping new product features that reach millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems that power our AI voice models and user-facing products.
• Contribute to the architecture and development of integrations with third-party tools, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
• Improve performance, reliability, and security of our systems as we scale to meet global demand.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Frontend, Product, Growth, and Sales to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Continuously optimize and improve our development workflow, deployment pipelines, and internal tooling.

Requirements

We do not require formal degrees or certifications. What matters most is your ability to demonstrate your skills through past work, open-source contributions, or technical projects.

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Python
• Strong experience in backend development
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and system design patterns
• Solid understanding of test design and backend security principles

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Stripe or other payment systems
• Basic understanding of how AI models work
