Role Overview:

As an Implementation Manager, you’ll work closely with enterprise clients, including exchanges and fintech companies, to implement TaxBit’s products and solutions. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients integrate TaxBit’s suite of products and providing them with value-adding solutions. This role offers the opportunity to scale your impact within a hypergrowth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead complex implementation projects for enterprise accounts, managing the overall project plan in collaboration with TaxBit’s subject matter experts (SMEs) and engineering teams.
• Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with business and IT stakeholders at client organizations, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client goals.
• Technical Translation: Capture clients’ business goals and translate them into technical requirements that guide the implementation process.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Work alongside engineering teams to document clients’ data requirements and technical architecture, facilitating client discussions and integrations.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and debug complex issues independently, escalating as needed, ensuring successful customer launches and post-go-live support.
• Feedback Loops: Work with clients to collect feedback and relay it to engineering teams, informing product development and the overall product roadmap.
• Cultural Contribution: Contribute positively to the team culture, promoting collaboration and a strong working environment.

Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• 4+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, including AWS, integration technologies, and APIs.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with clients, including both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Experience working with Engineering teams to bridge technical and business needs.
• Interest in digital assets and familiarity with the crypto and fintech industries is highly preferred.
• FinTech or Tax & Accounting background is an advantage.

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000, based on experience.
• Additional incentive compensation, equity, and benefits may be available, depending on the role and qualifications.
