Job Description
Position: Brand Protection Success Manager
Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Role Overview:
Lead brand protection efforts by managing customer relationships, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring customer success for large brand clients. Provide strategic advice, oversee project execution, and identify upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for major Brand Protection, Anti-Fraud, and Enforcement clients
- Coordinate daily operations and strategic review meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision makers
- Ensure services meet contractual requirements and deadlines
- Assist in resource deployment and service renewals
- Escalate and manage service issues and risks
- Monitor and recommend process/tool improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and IP legislation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Deep knowledge of Brand Protection, Anti-Fraud, Enforcement services, and IP law
- Customer-facing experience (Senior Analyst, IP Advisor, or Strategic Account Manager preferred)
- Strong data analysis and insight interpretation skills
- Ability to influence senior management and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Objectivity and strong problem understanding
