Act as the main point of contact for customer support systems (Zendesk, Salesforce). Gather and document requirements, troubleshoot issues, support small system changes, and ensure smooth cross-team communication.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years in systems analysis or support roles
- Strong with Zendesk/Salesforce Service Cloud
- Familiar with GitHub, Salto (preferred)
- Skilled in documentation and stakeholder communication
- Fluent in English
