Role Overview:
The Client Order Coordinator supports CSC's Corporate and Legal Services by managing client orders, processing legal documents, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and fulfill client orders across various jurisdictions.
- Respond to internal inquiries via email/Salesforce.
- Process legal filings: annual reports, business licenses, and compliance projects.
- Maintain accurate client records and portfolios.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Navigate and update multiple systems/databases.
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 4+ years of experience.
- Strong B2B customer service and documentation handling skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems.
