Job Title: Client Order Coordinator (Associate)

Location: Bangalore / Chennai (Hybrid)

Schedule: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Level: Senior

Industry: Fintech | Legal Tech | Software | Financial Services | Cybersecurity

Role Overview:

The Client Order Coordinator supports CSC's Corporate and Legal Services by managing client orders, processing legal documents, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, B2B environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and fulfill client orders across various jurisdictions.
  • Respond to internal inquiries via email/Salesforce.
  • Process legal filings: annual reports, business licenses, and compliance projects.
  • Maintain accurate client records and portfolios.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Navigate and update multiple systems/databases.


Requirements:

  • Any graduate with 4+ years of experience.
  • Strong B2B customer service and documentation handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems.
