Role Overview:
As a Client Service Partner, you'll be the primary contact for B2B clients using CSC's internet products. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and help protect clients’ domain portfolios and digital assets—delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Manage and support domain names, DNS, and digital certificates
- Troubleshoot technical and billing issues
- Build lasting client relationships by understanding their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams on projects and escalations
- Maintain knowledge of CSC products and industry trends
- Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., Net Promoter Score)
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-centric or service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new technology and manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual skills a plus
