Job Title: Client Service Representative - Annual Reports
Location: Chicago, Illinois (Onsite)
Level: Senior
Salary: Approx. $50,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview:
As a Client Service Representative on the Annual Report Preparation & Filing team, you will be the key liaison managing client relationships and processing legal documents. You’ll deliver top-tier service to help clients meet deadlines, manage portfolios, and solve inquiries promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture client relationships to understand their unique needs
- Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents accurately
- Handle inquiries from clients and internal teams via phone and electronic communication
- Manage client portfolios and organize workflow to meet deadlines
- Data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval
- Navigate multiple databases efficiently and accurately
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow client business through outstanding service
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years in B2B customer service or administrative roles
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong research, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt flexibly to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
