Job Title: Client Service Representative – Annual Reports

Location: Lewisville, TX (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

Level: Senior

Role Overview:

As a Client Service Representative on the Annual Reports team, you’ll manage client portfolios, process legal documentation, and deliver exceptional service. This role involves direct communication with clients and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with B2B clients and understand their service needs
  • Research, review, and process legal and compliance documents
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle data entry, document filing, and database management
  • Manage multiple client accounts and workflows simultaneously
  • Proactively suggest service enhancements or process improvements
  • Support customer retention through quality service delivery


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in customer service or administrative support, preferably B2B
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and research capabilities
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
