Client Service Representative – Call Center
📍 Location: Lewisville, TX (On-site)
🕘 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
📌 Level: Entry-level | Department: Litigation Management Services
Role Overview:
Provide phone and email support related to service of process (legal documents), ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer inquiries from law firms, corporations, and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and emails regarding legal service of process
- Review, analyze, and process legal documents
- Navigate multiple databases efficiently
- Respond using Outlook, Salesforce, and internal systems
- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs
Requirements:
- Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask (handle calls while researching)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Problem-solving and time management skills
