Location: Wiesbaden, Germany (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Level: Entry
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview:
As a bilingual Client Service Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for enterprise B2B clients managing their domain names and digital assets. You’ll ensure client satisfaction by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to B2B clients via email, chat, and phone
- Manage client portfolios including domain names, DNS, digital certificates, and billing inquiries
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized support
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues or escalate when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams on brand launches and custom projects
- Stay up to date with product offerings and industry changes
- Track and meet service performance metrics (e.g., NPS)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, B2B support, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Adaptability in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Critical thinking and a solutions-focused mindset
