Location: Sophia Antipolis, France (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

Role Overview:
Join CSC’s Digital Brand Services (DBS) team to support enterprise B2B clients in managing domain portfolios and digital assets. You'll act as the primary point of contact, delivering outstanding service through troubleshooting, issue resolution, and relationship management—in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Manage domain names and digital assets for global clients
- Troubleshoot technical and billing issues
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams
- Stay updated on CSC services and industry developments
- Support team collaboration on brand launches and projects
- Meet or exceed performance and service metrics
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (additional languages a plus)
- Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new technologies and work independently
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
