Role Overview:

Seeking a freelance Creative Producer to ideate, script, and manage video content across editorial and branded formats. This role supports Pinkvilla’s video growth by contributing to end-to-end production and developing new IPs aligned with platform trends and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and script engaging digital content (YouTube, Reels, Shorts)
• Oversee full production cycle: pre-prod to post
• Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners for timely delivery
• Create and evolve show formats/IPs
• Apply trend insights and analytics to improve content performance

Requirements:

• 5–6 years’ experience in digital storytelling/video production
• Strong skills in ideation, scripting, and production management
• Experience in both editorial and branded content
• Familiarity with platform trends and short-form video formats
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Mumbai-based preferred (remote possible for non-shoot phases)
