Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support global B2B clients in the tech and web services sector. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, manage digital asset portfolios, and provide timely, accurate issue resolution – all while communicating fluently in German and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via chat, phone, and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage client requests
- Support clients in managing domain names, DNS, SSL certificates, and billing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues
- Continuously learn about industry developments and CSC products
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German and English (required)
- Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, tourism, etc.)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Additional languages are a plus
