Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle live chat and calls, address user inquiries, and support customers using the Binance platform. You’ll be a key part of the frontline support team, ensuring user satisfaction through clear, helpful, and empathetic communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of live chat and phone inquiries
- Understand and resolve customer needs efficiently and accurately
- Handle complaints, offer timely solutions, and ensure follow-ups
- Provide accurate information about the platform and processes
- Adhere to communication protocols and company policies
- Go the extra mile to support and retain users
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficiency in Polish and English (required for customer and team communication)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce
- High integrity, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
