Location: Zagreb, Croatia (Remote)

About the Role:
Join Binance’s Customer Service team to provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support to users. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and identity verification through live chat and ticketing systems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of live chats and phone calls
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive information
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Follow company communication policies and procedures
- Go above and beyond to engage and assist customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in Polish and English
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce
- Honest, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights
