Role Overview:
Join Binance’s global Customer Service team to support users via live chat and email. You’ll address inquiries, resolve complaints, and guide users through identification and platform processes. Ideal for individuals who are empathetic, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of live chats and emails
- Provide clear, accurate, and thorough responses
- Manage customer complaints and follow through to resolution
- Liaise with other departments and document customer feedback
- Maintain high service standards and go above and beyond for users
Requirements:
- College degree or higher
- Fluent in Portuguese and advanced English
- 1+ year of experience in customer service (preferably in finance/e-commerce)
- New graduates with strong potential are also welcome
- High integrity, responsibility, and team spirit
- Excellent communication skills under pressure
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude toward the crypto industry
