Customer Service Team Lead – Business License Insurance
Location: Lewisville, TX (Hybrid)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM EST

Role:
Lead and manage Client Order Coordinators to ensure timely, accurate business license filings and excellent client service.
Key Duties:
- Manage and motivate team, set goals, track performance
- Handle escalations and customer complaints
- Conduct performance reviews and training
- Improve processes and foster team communication
Requirements:
- 3+ years leadership, preferably in customer service/insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- Detail-oriented, problem solver, adaptable
