Digital Experience Operations Engineer
Location: Mumbai, India (In-office, Rotational shifts)
Level: Junior | Department: Enterprise Technology
Role Overview:
Support end-users and manage workplace technology, ensuring smooth digital experiences across devices, systems, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as single point of contact for tech issues and events
- Provide hands-on support for devices (laptops, mobile, AV)
- Manage user access (Azure AD, Exchange, Endpoint Manager)
- Maintain IT asset lifecycle and vendor coordination
- Support office tech setups, moves, and global IT rollouts
- Administer printers, mobile devices, and troubleshooting
- Track service desk performance and user satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ IT support/service delivery experience
- Strong skills in Windows, Office, Teams, AD, Azure AD, Exchange, Citrix
- Familiarity with VPN, networking, Intune, and MDM
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Fresh)
- ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong English communication; customer-first mindset
