Salary: $100K–$160K + equity + ZRX tokens

About the Role:

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual brand experiences for 0x and Matcha. Create standout events that drive user growth, lead generation, and brand visibility in Web3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own logistics and execution of conferences, side events, and digital activations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align experiences with product and growth goals
• Manage budgets, vendors, sponsorships, and post-event analysis
• Report on brand, lead gen, and acquisition KPIs

Requirements:

• 4+ years in event or experiential marketing (Web3 or tech preferred)
• Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and brand experience skills
• Web3-native and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience running events in Asia
• Background in branded merchandise or online store management
