Job Description
Position: Executive Administrator
Location: Remote—Canada (British Columbia or Ontario)
Type: Full-time
Reports To: President, Partners Business Unit
What You’ll Do
- Calendar Management:
- Manage complex executive schedules, resolve conflicts, and prioritize alignment with business goals.
- Travel & Logistics:
- Organize domestic/international travel and itineraries; troubleshoot travel-related issues.
- Administrative Support:
- Process expense reports, coordinate office needs, and serve as a central contact for the Partners org.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and prepare for leadership meetings, track minutes, actions, and plan team events.
- Data & Reporting:
- Maintain team documents, assist with quarterly presentations, and other business support tasks.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 5+ years supporting senior executives (VP level or higher)
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SharePoint experience is a plus
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage confidential info with integrity
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar
