About the Role:

Lead the development, scaling, and optimization of infrastructure supporting BCG’s AI-driven platforms, particularly GenAI. You’ll work with engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure initiatives to scale GenAI platforms.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams (AWS, Azure) to ensure performance and reliability.
• Manage uptime, monitoring, and system reliability of the platform.
• Drive the product lifecycle of infrastructure-related features.
• Represent end-user needs in infrastructure decisions to enhance experience.
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry best practices.
• Use real-time monitoring to troubleshoot and improve scalability.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 10–12+ years in product management focusing on infrastructure and cloud tech.
• Proven success launching and managing enterprise-scale platforms.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and security architecture.
• Experience optimizing uptime, monitoring, and system performance.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Skilled in working cross-functionally and translating technical needs into business solutions.
• Experienced in Agile product management and team leadership.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with your development squad (dev, design, QA).
• Partner with internal customers to align platform needs.
• Collaborate with Product Portfolio Leaders on vision and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Scrum Leaders, other Product Owners, and Agile Coaches.
