🔍 About the Role

As a Product Director, you will lead the infrastructure strategy and product lifecycle to support BCG’s enterprise-scale GenAI platforms. Your core responsibility is to ensure the systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and performant, working in close alignment with engineering, security, and cross-functional stakeholders.

This is a senior leadership position, combining deep technical infrastructure understanding with product management excellence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure strategy and scalability planning for GenAI platforms.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams (AWS, Azure) to ensure security, performance, and reliability.
• Own the infrastructure product lifecycle, from inception through production rollout.
• Monitor system uptime and performance, managing real-time troubleshooting and platform stability.
• Act as the voice of the end user, translating infrastructure goals into user-centric improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks and best practices across platforms.
• Deliver against key business goals while aligning with broader product and AI strategy.

🛠️ Skills & Experience Required

Must-Haves:

• 10–12+ years in product management, with a strong infrastructure/cloud focus.
• Experience launching and scaling enterprise-grade cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proven track record in cloud security architecture and compliance.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure performance, monitoring, and reliability management.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments with product squads and scrum teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Direct experience with GenAI platforms or AI infrastructure.
• Background in high-growth digital or consulting environments.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies.
