Role Overview:

BCG is hiring a Chartered Accountant with 7–9 years of experience for a dual-role in Financial Reporting and Global Corporate Tax Compliance. This position supports global non-US financial statements, audits, and tax filings, and drives process improvements, automation, and SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize non-US financial statements (UK GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS).
• Coordinate with auditors and local offices for statutory audits.
• Manage corporate tax compliance and tax return preparation for non-US entities.
• Lead tax provision reporting, transfer pricing review, and reconciliation efforts.
• Implement and align global tax policies and risk control frameworks.
• Drive automation and process optimization using SAP and GenAI tools.

Requirements:

• CA qualification with 7–9 years of relevant experience (Big 4 and/or MNC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAPs, corporate taxation, and transfer pricing.
• Experience with SAP and automation of finance processes.
• Effective communicator with strong analytical and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to multinational environments
• Familiarity with financial audits, tax litigation support, and consolidation
• Proficient in MS Office and modern automation tools
