Role Overview:

• Manage dual responsibilities focusing on Financial Reporting and Corporate Tax Compliance.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Play a key role in global financial reporting, audit support, tax return preparation, and tax compliance across non-US jurisdictions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including automation using SAP and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize non-US financial statements aligned to US GAAP / IFRS.
• Coordinate with local offices on statutory audits and support audit discussions.
• Own preparation, review, and filing of non-US corporate tax returns, computations, and tax provisions.
• Review tax and transfer pricing reconciliations to ensure consistency.
• Implement global tax policies and support local tax compliance initiatives.
• Drive process simplification and automation using SAP and other tools.
• Contribute to internal control and risk management frameworks.

What You’ll Bring:

• Chartered Accountant with 7-9 years’ experience in financial reporting, tax computation, and compliance, ideally in Big 4 and multinational environments.
• Experience with IFRS, UK GAAP, Ind AS, consolidation, and audit support.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax return preparation and transfer pricing methods.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems like Oracle.
• Proficient in MS Office and Gen AI tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
