Job Summary:

As the Global UP Senior Manager, you will lead and implement BCG’s global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy across employee networks such as Pride@BCG and AccessAbility@BCG. Reporting to the Global UP Director, you’ll drive high-impact initiatives that support BCGers worldwide, enhance internal culture, and position BCG as a DEI leader in the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global strategy for DEI networks across 6 strategic pillars: talent, safety, culture, community, development, and societal impact.
• Lead end-to-end program design and delivery in collaboration with global, regional, and functional teams.
• Design inclusive policies, support leadership engagements, and oversee global DEI campaigns.
• Analyze internal data and market benchmarks to refine strategies and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across squads to drive multi-year initiatives on mentorship, leadership sponsorship, safety, and data-driven inclusion efforts.
• Build relationships with global internal stakeholders and external DEI partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in management/strategy consulting, people & culture, or DEI-related roles.
• Proven ability to build and implement strategic plans in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior leadership.
• Data analysis and storytelling experience, with the ability to derive and present insights.
• Passion for DEI, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
