Role Overview
Lead Freedx’s growth strategy across user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion. Build and manage the growth team while aligning initiatives with Product, Marketing, and Operations to scale the user base globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute initial and ongoing growth strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Build scalable acquisition funnels via paid, organic, referral, and affiliate channels.
- Establish KPIs, tracking systems, and analytics dashboards.
- Launch acquisition and onboarding campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives.
- Optimize user journeys for better CAC/LTV.
- Lead lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app).
- Manage affiliate, referral, and influencer programs.
- Monitor growth metrics and report to leadership.
- Stay updated on crypto trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth, marketing, or product-led growth, with 4+ years in fintech/crypto.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related; MBA/advanced certifications a plus.
- Expertise in acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, affiliates, influencers).
- Proficient in analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, SQL) and A/B testing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proven success scaling user bases and improving retention.
- Preferred: entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, technical knowledge of crypto, global market experience.
