Role Overview:
- Lead a squad focused on delivering key Core HR digital initiatives in Workday and SAP Fieldglass.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, aligning product backlog with business needs.
- Own and prioritize product backlog, deliver incremental features, and track product performance.
- Collaborate with HR leadership, product teams, and agile squads to ensure delivery against business goals.
- Develop and present business cases for HR tech investment.
- Apply design thinking to enhance user engagement and product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver value by incrementally building and releasing product features aligned to HR priorities.
- Translate customer needs into user stories, continuously discovering user requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress clearly.
- Prioritize backlog to balance customer value, cost, and speed.
- Lead squad delivery, clarifying acceptance criteria and cross-functional impacts.
- Support squad with feedback, clarify requirements, and engage in performance management.
- Define squad vision aligned with the broader product portfolio strategy.

What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years as Product Owner or similar roles supporting HR Tech systems or HR transformations.
- Strong understanding of Talent, Performance, and/or Contingent Workforce HR processes.
- Experience with Workday and/or SAP Fieldglass configuration is a plus.
- Skilled in digital/business transformation and enterprise IT projects.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Consulting experience is advantageous.
